A unique accomplishment combining innovation, precision, and an immersive experience at the heart of Montmorency Falls.
Les Entreprises JPC once again stands out for their boldness and expertise with the creation of a unique semi-submersible walkway, allowing visitors to experience the majestic Montmorency Falls in Québec like never before.
An Extraordinary Project
This project presented a challenge on multiple levels:
Custom Production: The walkway was assembled in 16 sections of 12 meters, requiring a complete reorganization of the factory and workspaces.
Weather Conditions: Our teams braved tides, winds, and snow to meet the strict W59.1 standards on-site.
Precision and Safety: Each joint, aligned to millimeter tolerances, was welded with full penetration and inspected by ultrasound, ensuring exceptional strength and safety.
Overcoming the Challenges
Despite the labor shortage and logistical constraints, Les Entreprises JPC was able to adapt quickly. We mobilized W47.1 certified subcontractors and tackled each challenge with flexibility and determination, staying true to our specialization in complex projects.
