The Story of Entreprises JPC:
A Dream Forged in Steel
In 2011, in a small garage in Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, Carol Ouellet and his son Jimmy joined forces to establish Les Entreprises JPC. With modest means, they began manufacturing steel products, delivering ambitious projects thanks to their ingenuity.
Jimmy, inspired by his father from a young age, adopted values of discipline and self-improvement. Passionate about welding and metallurgy, he pursued studies in welding and fitting, graduating in 2014. He then completed a metallurgical inspection program in 2015, solidifying his expertise and his role as an emerging leader in the industry.
In 2016, as the business experienced sustained growth, JPC built a factory in Saint-Alexandre to meet increasing demand. In 2019, Carol left his long-time job to fully dedicate himself to the company, developing the construction division and offering turnkey services.
The Montmorency Falls project in 2021 marked a major milestone for JPC. This complex challenge showcased the team’s boldness and adaptability, cementing the company’s reputation as an industry leader.
Today, JPC is a thriving family business guided by values of transparency, respect, integrity, boldness, and courage. Its ambition? To become the number one reference in the manufacturing and installation of structural steel for complex projects in Eastern Canada.
